The Falcon Dominator Plus E3101 is equipped with a 2/1 GN compatible configuration, providing five adjustable shelf positions with two included shelves. Individual catches on the twin oven doors ensures no loss of heat within the oven chamber, while a vitreous enamelled chamber and full-width, removable drip tray makes the E3101 easy to clean.
